Air Duct Cleaning
“How often should I have my air ducts cleaned?”

Over time, supply and return ducts accumulate dust, pet dander, construction debris, and (in damp conditions) mold. Cleaning the duct system restores airflow and indoor air quality, especially after a renovation or if household members have allergy or asthma sensitivity.
We use negative-air source removal (not just a brush-and-vacuum), inspect ductwork for leaks or disconnected joints, and clean the evaporator coil and blower wheel when accessible.
Recommended cadence: every 3–5 years for most residences, sooner if you've had renovation work or notice visible dust at registers.
