Air Conditioning
“My central AC isn't cooling — can you come out?”

We install and service central air conditioning systems. New-construction installs are coordinated with the rest of the mechanical trades so condensate lines, disconnects, and refrigerant runs go in clean. Retrofits work around what's already there.
Condenser replacement is one of our frequent jobs — old R-22 units aging out, or builder-grade SEER-13 units homeowners want upgraded. We size, install, evacuate, charge, and commission the new unit end-to-end.
On repairs: motor issues, capacitor failures, low refrigerant, frozen coils. We diagnose before we replace parts.
What we do on this job
- 01Central AC installation (new construction and retrofit)
- 02Condenser replacement with proper sizing and charge
- 03Diagnostic repair: motors, capacitors, contactors, refrigerant leaks
- 04Annual tune-ups and efficiency checks
- 05Mini-split installations where ducted AC isn't practical
